This picture just came in the mail the other day so I thought I'd post it. This was my 6th XTERRA race this season. The venue was at a beach in Jacksonville, FL. It was very hot and humid but that's what I am used to training in. It was a blast with the open water ocean swim and the tight singletrack to ride and run on. All in all I would probably do this race next year. I am still training hard for the XTERRA National Championship race only one month away. Even with the mix of work and school my training is still strong and I feel things should go well in Tahoe. My results for this race are posted at the bottom of the page. Again, I would like to thank my sponsor GU. I use GU gels and GU2O religiously in my training and I couldn't get through those hard days without it.
My life...it may feel like a race, some may tell me to slow down and enjoy it... I say do everything, have no regrets, and live every day as it may be your last!
