This was not a good day for me, at first it was freezing cold so I dressed accordingly and when I arrived at the park it felt like it warmed up about 10 degrees before the start.Unfortunately, I over dressed and was hot the last 4 miles of the run. I ended up in 4th place overall, and know I could have been faster. Oh well, I have one more trail run for the end of this series to try and take 3rd overall.
