2007's Last Race

I finished the last 10k Triad Trail race in 40:16 (6:30 pace). I placed 9th overall out of 86 people and 4th in my 20-29 age group (AG). I didn't feel as ready during the race as I did before the race. I think the habit of going out way too fast is my biggest problem. I usually don't have this problem with triathlons because I know I have to pace myself. Anyway... I finished the series ranked 2nd in my AG. Not bad for some off-season training.
