
I did a little trail ride this morning before it got too hot. The lows will be in the triple digits all week. It will be tough to get some good workouts in outside but I still need to do it. I have started swimming again after a few weeks off. My running is coming along but I have a lot of work to do yet. The past two days of riding I feel really slow and my average has dropped a bit too. I dont know whats wrong but I am pretty sure its my diet and the heat. Here is my summary from this morning.
