Training It Up!


This week is a scheduled hard week for me...150 miles of mountain biking planned... I did 22 this afternoon and feel great. My plan is to do roughly 25 a night except for Sunday, which will be a 50 miler. After this week I am going to start a slow taper towards race day at Camp Eagle. I haven't done this XTERRA yet so it should be good...so I hear. Check out my new Loopd Badge to the right...Thanks for tuning in!
