This was the first time I had grilled this kind of chicken...it was encrusted with southwest chicken rub & olive oil, then topped with some home-made sun-dried tomatoes w/EVOO...AKA what I call it, "tomesto". Anyway, it was delicious.
My life...it may feel like a race, some may tell me to slow down and enjoy it... I say do everything, have no regrets, and live every day as it may be your last!
