Training For The Day


I had planned on a long run but it turned out to hardly be a recovery run. Somehow I am more sore now than before I started. I only did 5k and was pretty much done. Totals for this week are S: 5600m B: 79.55m R: 15.94...not a whole lot but my plan is to increase 20% this week, but I think I will be slightly over. My planned totals are S: 10k meters B: 120 miles & R: 18 miles. Lets think good thoughts:)
