What A Day...

First I would like to say...IT'S A MIRACLE! NO WIND! Yes people, there was no wind in Abilene today...right that one down. Anyway, I got a successful swim in...2500m, and then a quick 20 mile ride in when I got home. I have little allergy issues but other than that I feel great for my first race only about 8 days away. XTERRA Muleshoe! Wooo!
