Morning PT

Well, nothing like some "Ultimate Fottball" for a workout this morning. Too bad someone got hurt... busted face via someones elbow...stitches, maybe. Broken bone, not sure yet. Was'nt me...a co-worker. I hurt th crack about 40 feet away, and saw the carnage afterward. All I can say is OUCH!. A nice 1 or so inch gash on the cheek and blood out of the nose and face. Good times...Im going to see if I cant get a swim in after lunch and a ride. I missed the lunch swim due to a staff meeting...gotta love those last minute lunch calls. BOOOOO! Ok, time to get back to work...unfortunately.
