Training Report

The past few weeks have been loaded with a culmination of random training acts. All in good quality but very random. Lots of traveling is to blame for most of it, however the next month will be filled with some intensity. Today I did an early morning hill repeat consisting of 3 miles and 3 1000ft ascents. It was not as bad as I thought it would be but had a great 17% grade section rendering my calf muscles a good burn. I am looking forward to tomorrows MTB ride as well as my lunch time swim. I'm ready to get the pain started...love it!
