I finished the Country Park 4.25 mile trail run in 28.01 and was 3rd overall. I went out kind of fast to create some space and held my own with the 1st and 2nd spot for about 3 miles until I had some stomach cramps. I am not complaining however, I had a great race and it was just for fun... 3rd isn't so bad. Not to mention the cool swag I won. I ended up winning a nice bag full of misc. running goodies and a new pair of shoes. SWEET! I think I will take the other two races in the series a little more seriously. The next two will consist of a 5 miler and then a 10k. I will post some pictures when I get back home and download them.
