I just arrived in Greensboro NC, to compete in a series of three races held throughout the city in various parks. This will be the first of that series held in Country Park. It will be a 4 mile trail run on single track. Fortunately for me I have mountain biked most of the trails in this area and I know what I am in for. The single track at country park is full of rolling hills with various root sections. It should be a blast and what a way to kick off winter training...BTW aren't my bike rotors cool:)
