Change Of Weather

I was hoping the weather would stay warm while I try and fit in this 30,000 feet of climbing in one week...not so much. It was 28 degrees F today and a wind chill of 14 degrees F. I only rode 20 miles of single track and only accumulated 2000 more feet. I was planning on doing some more hill repeats but after 2 hrs of riding in this weather I was drained. I guess I will have to dedicate the next 4 days to hill repeats to get the rest of my "ascending" in. That is approximately 6000 some feet a day. If I lived in Colorado or Nevada this would be a lot easier but I doubt anyone does that this time of year...I guess thats a plus for me. While those other saps are sitting around by a fire in the snow I am out training my tail off. I am going to do this no matter what. LATER!!!
