Warmer Temps!

North Carolina is well know for it weird climate changes. One day you can have a high of 30 and the next 70. Its kind of crappy but weeks in Jan. when it will be mid 60's is great. This week looks good for some quality training. I am borrowing a friends cyclocross bike for a few weeks to get in some extra miles...I might have to get one. Its pretty cool and the fact that I can take it onto a gravel or dirt road make it extra cool. I always hated riding on the road and having to worry about finding smooth roads without glass but this could be a great investment. Its very difficult to find anywhere in Fayetteville that doesn't have glass or rough pavement. There are so many bums AKA "urban explorers", addicts and people who just don't care trashing the local streets. Time to move I think:) BTW...had a great brick session today with a long run and some hill repeats on the borrowed bike...Thanks Steve! PEACE!!!
