Nice Weather

Today was set off on the right foot...I went running first thing this morning. I was upset at the others day timed 5k so I decided to push it a little harder since I am trying to get used to being on my old schedule again. However...its not old anymore. Soooo, I ran a 21:58 5k the other day and felt like I was struggling. Today was the day I was going to cut some time. I ended up running a 20:17... not my best but at least I dropped a little over a minute. 7:04 (mile per minute) mpm pace to a 6:31 mpm. So, with that I hope to knock some time off weekly up until August...my 1st XTERRA of the year. My goal is a 5:30 pace or better. Since it is so nice out today I might go for a ride this afternoon...thanks for tuning in!
