1st Place in Mumena Outreach 5K

This was a last minute run that I planned ummmm, yesterday. Anyway, I guess I made the right choice. I placed 1st overall! I won all of my money back plus some with a gift card to Chili's Restaurant. We will have to find a sitter though:) Anyone want to? It is a good day so far and not to mention tomorrow there is a Duathlon at the Buck Creek Bike trail. Its a small event with a conservative distance of a 1 mile trail run and a 6 mile MTB followed by another 1 mile trail run. I placed 2nd last year, only a second behind 1st. We will see how it goes. I have another 10k planned for tonight so I may be a bit tire by the morning. One more thing...the bike shop in town, "Bike Town" is building a pump track at the trail...this BTW is AWESOME! I have never ridden on one but cant wait to try it out. Might find another sport I am interested in;) Thanks to all of my sponsors and thanks for tuning in again.
