Life Continued, Confused, & AFU!

It has been awhile since I have posted anything...mainly because I havent felt the urgwe to express much. There has been a lul in a lot of things in my life. Life put on hold to put it short...what has stayed consistant however is my abiltiy to stay fit. Its all I have to hang on to. I am hoping to join the others on Team USA for the 2nd ever cross-tri competition. The location is still up in the air from what I know...supposed to be in AL in May. We shall see, but either way I am going to be full bore in training. As usual, work is getting in the way of quality rest and a lack in the stress department but I will manage. I think no matter what I will be in a different type of shape when it comes to this race...never before have I trained the way I am now. Lets hope it pays off. Whoever even reads this shit will get the updates as they come...otherwise I am just expressing what I want hoping someone give a poo:) Good day World!AND, good night!
